Lucy is a qualified and registered nurse,with a BSc (hons) in Mental Health Nursing, and a MSc in Mental Health Science. 

Having spent 25 years in the healthcare sector Lucy wanted to use her skills and experience to support people more holistically and created Holistic Directions Limited.

Having re-trained and holding diplomas in Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition and CryoPen Aesthetics, Lucy aims to provide a service which soothes your mind, body and soul.
