Lucy is a qualified and registered nurse, holding a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing and an MSc in Mental Health Science. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she founded Holistic Directions Limited to bring together her clinical expertise and a more holistic approach to wellbeing.

Lucy holds diplomas in Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition, and CryoPen® Aesthetics. She is registered with the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority and fully licensed by Southampton City Council.

Her mission is simple — to soothe the mind, body, and soul, helping each client feel balanced, restored, and empowered in their health journey.
