I'm Lucy, a qualified and registered nurse, holding a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing and an MSc in Mental Health Science. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I founded Holistic Directions Limited to bring together my clinical expertise and a holistic approach to wellbeing.

I hold diplomas in Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition & Health, and CryoPen® Aesthetics. I am registered with the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority, Nursing and Midwifery Council and the clinic is fully licensed by Southampton City Council.

My mission is simple: to soothe the mind, body, and soul, helping each client feel balanced, restored, and empowered in their health journey.
